Shipping Within the UK

At Mother Tongue Co, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. This helps us reduce waste and create products with purpose rather than producing items in bulk.

Where We Deliver

We currently ship within the United Kingdom, including:

England

Scotland

Wales

At this time we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland or international destinations, but we hope to expand in the future.

Shipping Costs

FREE Standard UK Delivery on every order.

There are no hidden shipping charges at checkout.

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery time is 5–8 working days from the date your order is placed.

Because each product is made to order, delivery times may occasionally be a little longer during busy periods such as Christmas or other seasonal holidays. If this happens, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Multiple Items

If your order contains more than one product, your items may arrive separately. This is perfectly normal, as different products may be produced and shipped from different printing partners.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. Mother Tongue Co cannot accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after dispatch, please get in touch with us and we will be happy to investigate with our printing and delivery partners.
